I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel considering the price. Despite booking a twin room on the same day, the room was spacious and comfortable. Positives: The presence of two Korean staff members made communication easy for Korean guests. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The location is excellent, with an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel and major tourist attractions nearby.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Convenience store below which was helpful. My wife had a disability but they sorted for us a large room with disabled facilities in a good location, plus a wheelchair. Very good.

Staff was very helpful and they kept mineral water every day in our room. We could send post easily from hotel itself, they gave us box too. Lawson was also right in 1st floor. Free coffee and teabags were provided on lobby.

There is a Lawson store on one floor. The breakfast is good, and the menu includes mentaiko and fried chicken. The Wifi speed is fast.

Location is good. We can park our car at the hotel ( our car's height is lower than 155 cm.) There is a market near the hotel. We can walk to find some restaurant. The room is as good as the price. The breakfast room is a little small but the food is great. Also there is Lawson shop at the entrance.

Perfect location nearby Oita Station, Downtown, Night Town and the bus stop for the airport.There is Lawson CVS on the ground floor. Parking tower is behind.

Great selection of breakfast, comparing to other Daiwa hotels. Room is clean. Direct access to Family mart on the main entrance.
